Frustrating Experience with Ticket Booking App

I recently tried using the ticket booking app, and my experience was far from smooth. One major issue I encountered was the app's inability to book tickets. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to complete my booking, only to be met with errors and issues that prevented me from securing my tickets.

Additionally, the app had a frequent problem of randomly logging me out. This was not only inconvenient but also added to the frustration of the booking process. It felt like I had to constantly re-enter my login details, which further delayed my attempts to book tickets.

Overall, the inability to book tickets and the constant logout issues made my experience with this app extremely frustrating. I hope the developers address these issues in future updates to make it a more user-friendly and reliable platform for ticket booking.

Worlds most freaking worst app ever so is the website if i could give minus 50 stars i would have

The website and the app is so freaking frustrating i feel like crushing my phone and my laptop or the peoples server who are working on this. Fire them all immediately right now and breaking everything after 100 trials the capcha doesnt work the website keeps throwing me out continues log in and captcha and password error and the server issues and the downtime error issues the app and the website slows down like hell around 10 to 11 when it let us log in the tickets are all gone its so freaking frustrating irritating and furiating i hate it so much how is it even working like this? India is on the moon and we cant even get our freaking app n website run smoothly? Not providing tickets to passengers when they require bloody hell most pathetic service. If i could give minues 50 stars and i would. I request the government to take this website and app down and start something new or work on it and make it better. Its a big dhabba on the indian railway image 😡🤬i controlled myself and didnt abuse here while i did while making the tickets 😤

App Crashes on iPhone 15 – Unable to Book Tickets

I’ve been a regular user of the IRCTC app for booking train tickets, but recently I’ve been facing serious issues on my iPhone 15. Every time I try to book a ticket, the app crashes and returns to the home screen, making it impossible to complete any bookings. This problem started occurring after the latest update, and it’s extremely frustrating.

I have tried several troubleshooting steps, such as restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and ensuring that my iOS is up to date, but the issue persists. The app is currently unusable, and I have to resort to other methods to book my train tickets, which is highly inconvenient.

I request the developers to please look into this issue and provide a fix as soon as possible. The app was very useful before, and I hope it can be reliable again with a proper update. Until then, I am giving it a low rating due to its current non-functionality on my device.
